Lenmontag construction company has prepared a project for the reconstruction of the Smolninskaya Hotel, which is under the jurisdiction of the Administration of the Governor of St. Petersburg. Then a general contract was adopted by us for the historic restoration and overhaul of the object.
Results: A project has been developed for the renovation of a hotel of a representative class in a government district of the city. We have successfully completed repairs and restoration works. Conducted an update of individual sections of electrical and water utilities, low-voltage networks of the hotel.
