Lenmontag construction company joined the reconstruction of the Aviator business center on Mebelnaya Street in St. Petersburg. The core task of our company was to participate in the redevelopment and overhaul of an industrial building into a business center of B+ category.
Results: large-scale overhaul in the former production building was conducted by Lenmontag. The premises of the workshops were repaired and re-planned as an administrative and business center. Finishing works were carried out, internal walls and floors were installed, general utilities and public utility systems were modernized.
