Lenmontag was selected as a project organization and general contracting construction company for the design and construction of the Laura autocenter building on Salova Street in St. Petersburg. The car dealership provided for exhibition and administrative premises, as well as a maintenance and service area.
Results: the project of the building of the car dealership was developed and approved, then committed to the general contractor. We have completed a full cycle of construction, including the manufacturing and installation of steel structures. Completed works on the engineering networks and lighting. Provided technical supervision over the subcontractors.
